There is a powder paint laying-on system as a complement of the metallic parts production since it allows the coating of the air conditioners, gas heaters, fans and vehicle metallic parts.

This system guarantees the excellent quality of our products, in this case represented in a great protection against corrosion.

The procedure consists of three parts:

3.QUALITY CONTROL

The parameters controlled to guarantee the laying-on quality, among others, are: paint aging, paint coat thickness, visual flaws, pliability test, impact test, saline chamber test, edges covering test, peel test, hardness test.
