For Plastic resins we have the following processes:

- Thermoplastic Injection:
Machinery with a 30 to 850 tons clamping force is available, with which all types of resins are transformed, from commonly used plastics to engineering plastics. This machinery has all the necessary peripheral equipment needed to obtain high quality and performance plastic pieces for the electrical appliances, household gas and car parts industry.

- Liquid paint and plastic parts decoration:
As a complement to the thermoplastics injection there is a sealed cabin for the liquid paint laying-on, buffing and silk-screening, covering the client’s needs when the injection process as well as the injected piece decoration is required.

- EPS Expanded Polystyrene Injection:
Incelt has a complete plant for expanded polystyrene processing, injectors with a 400 tons clamping force, a pre-expander with 1000 kgs. capacity, material storage and drying silos, injectors automatic feeding system and a 100 BHP boiler, obtaining high accuracy and different densities pieces, according to the packaging needs.

- Engines and Tools Workshop:
An engines and tools workshop is available for the manufacture, maintenance, repair and modification of moulds, punchers and tools in general.
